Our Approach

How We Operate

From asset identification to production, our phased approach ensures capital efficiency, community benefit, and long-term value creation across every project.

01

Asset Identification & Acquisition

We identify undervalued or underdeveloped mineral assets across Africa with strong geological potential. Our team conducts rigorous due diligence before any acquisition.

Key Activities
Geological assessment
Community consultation
Regulatory review
Financial modelling
02

Exploration & Resource Definition

Once an asset is secured, we advance exploration programs to define and upgrade mineral resources to NI 43-101 or JORC-compliant standards.

Key Activities
Drilling programs
Resource estimation
Geophysical surveys
Environmental baseline studies
03

Feasibility & Engineering

We commission Pre-Feasibility Studies (PFS) and Full Feasibility Studies (FS) to determine the optimal development pathway for each project.

Key Activities
Process plant design
Infrastructure planning
Capital cost estimation
Economic modelling
04

Development & Construction

Projects are advanced to construction using phased capital deployment strategies, allowing capital efficiency while maintaining long-term exploration upside.

Key Activities
EPC contracting
Site infrastructure
Process plant construction
Commissioning
05

Operations & Production

We operate mines to the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and community engagement — generating sustainable returns for all stakeholders.

Key Activities
Gold production
Safety management
Environmental monitoring
Community programs
06

Community & Stakeholder Engagement

Throughout every phase, we maintain active dialogue with host communities, government agencies, and investors to ensure shared value creation.

Key Activities
Community development funds
Local employment
Government liaison
Investor reporting
Capital Strategy

Phased Development Model

Phase 1

Core Deposit Development

Focus on the core deposit area (~10.684 km2) within the mining lease. Construction of process plant, site infrastructure, camp, power generation, and water supply.

Phase 2

Resource Upgrade Drilling

Systematic drilling to upgrade inferred resources to indicated/measured status, expanding the mineable reserve base and extending mine life.

Phase 3

Concession-Wide Exploration

Exploration across the full 157.5 km2 concession to identify additional deposits and maintain long-term exploration upside for investors.
